Itinerary

Day 0 Departure from Lahore

The journey begins with a departure from Lahore, traveling via the motorway. Early morning travelers will take a short break at the Kalar Kahar (Bhera) Service Area to rest and refresh. Another brief stop will be made at Mia Gee Hotel on GT Road to ensure everyone is comfortable for the long journey ahead. The group will then proceed to Islamabad, where members will be picked up between 4:30 and 5:00 AM, marking the official start of the adventure.

Day 1Journey to Chilas

After an early morning start, the group will enjoy breakfast around 9:00 AM in either Besham or Balakot. From there, the journey continues via the Karakoram Highway (KKH) from Besham or alternatively via Naran, depending on the chosen route. Along the way, there will be stops at notable sites including Dasu, Sumar Nala, Kawai, Naran/Kagan, Lulusar Lake, and Babusar Top (if it is open). The group is scheduled to arrive in Chilas by 8:00 PM, where dinner will be served at 9:00 PM, followed by an overnight stay in Chilas. The day includes breakfast and dinner.

Day 3Hike to Nanga Parbat Base Camp

Breakfast will be served at 7:00 AM, followed by an 8:00 AM start for the hike towards Nanga Parbat Base Camp. The hike will include visits to Beyal Camp and the German View Point, offering stunning views and photo opportunities. Upon arrival at the Nanga Parbat Base Camp, the group will have time to explore the surroundings. The return journey to Fairy Meadows is expected to be completed by 6:00 PM. The evening will again feature dinner and a bonfire at 8:00 PM, with an overnight stay in camps or hotel. The day includes breakfast and dinner.

Day 4Return to Chilas

After an 8:00 AM breakfast, the group will trace their steps back to Tatu Village, hiking down from Fairy Meadows. From Tatu Village, the group will drive back to Raikot and then continue the journey to Chilas. The group is expected to arrive in Chilas by 7:00 PM, where dinner will be served at 8:00 PM. Overnight accommodation will be at the Mountain View Hotel or a similar establishment. The day includes breakfast and dinner.

Day 5Return to Islamabad and Lahore

The final day starts with breakfast at 8:00 AM, followed by a 9:00 AM departure for Islamabad and Lahore. The group is expected to arrive in Islamabad around 6:00 PM and continue onwards to Lahore, with an estimated arrival time around midnight. This marks the end of the organized trip, with services concluding. Travelers should anticipate a possible 2-3 hour variation due to unforeseen circumstances. The day includes breakfast.
